SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program: Ascension Solutions HQ (a d/b/a of Precision Trading Official LLC) sends account, appointment, and service-related text messages to people who opt in through the chat widget on our website, our client intake form, or verbally during onboarding.
2. Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

4. Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees and Payment

Prices displayed on this website are offers subject to confirmation. Applicable setup fees, monthly fees, and one-time charges are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring services continue month to month until canceled. Amounts already earned or incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly guaranteed in writing.

Communications

By contacting us, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. If you separately consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Either party may end month-to-month services by providing notice according to the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse, or a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
